Our goal for the Dead Lift Challenge is to provide an opportunity for you to achieve your best possible lift - it's not about what everyone else is doing, it's about you and your personal best. We're not pro powerlifters nor are we aspiring to be but we do like to set strength goals and see strength improvements. The Drive Fitness outdoor boot camp schedule continues to grow with the addition of 2 evening sessions at Camp Hill starting in the next few weeks - date to be announced soon. Over 100 people from Drive Fitness started the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge on Thursday 18 September. With week 1 already finished I think everyone is starting to realise that the 50 days is going to be over very quickly! Keep the exercise & eating on track, keep it strict - remember it's only 50 days (43 to go).
