Over 100 people from Drive Fitness started the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge on Thursday 18 September. With week 1 already finished I think everyone is starting to realise that the 50 days is going to be over very quickly! Keep your exercise & eating on track - do your body weight workouts, get along to your training sessions, keep the diet strict & remember it's only 50 days (43 to go).
We had a great turn out at our first nutrition seminar and we would like to see everyone back again tomorrow night (Thursday 25 September @ 7:30pm) for our second and last on increasing you metabolism for weight loss. Get along to weight loss challenge participant ONLY boot camp sessions every Saturday morning 7:30am during the challenge & try to make it to other boot camp sessions if possible, check out the full timetable here. We have a trail walk coming up at Mt Mee on Sunday 12 October that would help burn A LOT of extra energy, click here for more details.
