4 Week Workout Series - Starting Monday 26 July

The 4 Week Workout Series is our opportunity to challenge you with 4 unapologetically tough workouts - 1 workout a week for 4 weeks that test your strength, fitness & technique. You can use it as a way to mix up your training, to monitor your progress or compete with others - it’s up to you and it’s only as competitive as you want it to be. The Drive Fitness personal training team will be doing the workouts too! Starting with workout 1 on Monday 26 July and workouts announced a week in advance, have fun!

Mobility Through Strength Training For Runners: 6 Week Course

I’m instructing a face to face 6 week training course commencing Saturday 24 July aimed specifically at runners looking to reduce their risk of running related injury and pain, manage existing running related injury & improve running performance. The course will be limited to 12 people and include a weekly group training session, personalised scaling of the exercises and training load to suit your current level of mobility & strength & homework exercises to complete between training sessions.
