WHEN

Saturday 17 July, 6-7am for group fitness boot camp & 7:30-8:30am at the studio. You can join just the boot camp or just drop in to the studio, you don’t have to do both.

WHAT

GRID FITNESS CHALLENGES: Join us at the Drive Fitness Jindalee studio from 7:30-8:30am and attempt up to 4 of The Grid Fitness Challenges; max wall sit, max push ups in 1min, max hang & 50 Cal BikeERG. If you beat your Drive Fitness Jindalee trainers Mike & Mel in any of the challenges you’ll WIN your choice of Drive Fitness beanie, hat, shirt or singlet! Just for attempting a challenge you’ll receive a gift card to give to a friend who doesn’t train at Drive Fitness that includes 3 personal training sessions and 3 weeks of boot camp.

GROUP FITNESS BOOT CAMP: Join us for a fun group fitness session from 6-7am instructed by all Drive Fitness Jindalee trainers and you can bring a friend who doesn’t train at Drive Fitness along for FREE.

FIND OUT MORE ABOUT US: If you’re new to Drive Fitness and would like to meet our Jindalee trainers and check out our personal training studio we’ll be available to show you around and answer any questions at the studio from 7:30-8:30am. We’ll have a gift card for everyone new to Drive Fitness who enquires on the day that includes 3 personal training sessions and 3 weeks of boot camp.

WHO

All Drive Fitness Jindalee personal training and boot camp clients are welcome to join us for both parts of the morning and you can bring a friend along to boot camp for FREE. If you’re new to Drive Fitness we’d love to meet you at the studio from 7:30-8:30am too.
