Are you looking for some extra motivation coming out of Winter? Get ready for the Spring Edition of the Drive Fitness 10 Week Transformation Challenge starting Monday 2 September! I’ve had a lot of people asking me when the next 10 Week Transformation Challenge is starting so here’s an early update to tie you over until I release the full info & sign up pack next week! Check out the start and finish dates, what’s new for this time around (there’s a couple of things) & some of our great results from previous challenges here…
START & FINISH
The Spring Edition of the Drive Fitness Transformation Challenge starts on Monday 2 September and finishes on Friday 8 November (1 week before the Drive Fitness End of Year Party, coincidence… I think not).
SOMETHING NEW - WEEKLY NUTRITION CHALLENGES
I’ll be throwing out weekly nutrition challenges in our community chat group to help you focus your eating in the right areas & build healthy habits during the 10 week period.
CHANGES TO SCANNING
We will have multiple scanning sessions available in week 1 and 10 so you’re not just limited to 1 afternoon at the start & finish. We’re still finalising the details but at this point it’s looking like Monday & Tuesday in week 1 and Thursday & Friday in week 10 with both morning (5:30-9am) & evening (4-7:30pm) times available. We will be consolidating all scanning to our Tarragindi studio location on the 1 single scanning machine for greater measurement reliability and consistency for all challenge participants. If you have any feedback about this change I’d love to hear it.
WHY DO WE DO THESE CHALLENGES!?
As you know we’re not about short term results or ‘health kicks’ at Drive Fitness, we’re focused on the bigger picture and sustainable long term outcomes. That being said, we also understand the power of positive proximity when people on the same or similar journey work alongside each other with a common goal in mind. It adds massive accountability and huge motivation and ultimately helps to achieve greater, long term results. Our 10 Week Transformation Challenge helps to harness this potential with the intention of creating healthy habits that continue beyond the 10 week period.
