Friends train Free is back! Show your friends what we do here at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with training. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or boot camp sessions during March 2022 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.
Once again Drive Fitness is entering a team in the Brisbane Running Festival and we’d love you to join us! All fitness levels and running experiences welcome. We’ll be focusing our running training around the 10km event this year however you can join our team and enter any race distance. We’d love to help as many people as possible run their first ever 10km, first 10km in a long time or even their 10km personal best! Find out more and join our team here…
This 16 week 10km training program is designed to be scalable for all levels of running experience. Please remember that all training programs require individualised adjustments to suit your specific requirements - there is no one size fits all training program for a running event. The 2022 Drive Fitness Grid has arrived with new challenges and targets for you to work towards throughout the year. The Drive Fitness Grid is a personal challenge where you compare your results with your own past performances. It’s a way to monitor your progress across multiple fitness & strength domains and to motivate yourself to chase improvement, perhaps in areas that you typically don’t prioritise. It’s not intended to be a competition with others, in fact it’s quite the opposite, you’re competing only with yourself. It spans the entire 2022 calendar year! Find out more and see The Grid here…

Well done to all participants at the Drive Fitness Dead Lift Challenge on Saturday 20 November. It was an incredible event as usual with many personal bests & brave attempts that gave us plenty to cheer about. It’s an absolute pleasure being apart of the training process leading up to these events and it’s awesome seeing the result of all your hard work pay off on the day.
