Join us for a face to face 6 week training course commencing Friday 19 July (perfectly timed for the lead up to the Bridge to Brisbane Running) aimed specifically at runners looking to reduce their risk of running related injury and pain, manage existing running related injury & improve running performance. The course will be limited to 10 people for a weekly group training session including personalised scaling of the exercises and training load to suit your current level of mobility & strength. Introduction to Weight Training 4 Week Course - Starting Friday 10 November

Are you new to weight training or have never been in a gym before? Are you unsure where to start, what to do or how to train safely? Join us for a 4 week course specifically intended to help people get started with weight training for the first time and feel confident beginning with a weight training program. The course will cover correct technique for a range of weight training exercises covering the whole body, how to set correct posture & spinal alignment to ensure safety during lifting, how to activate (‘switch on’) core muscles to keep the lower back safe, how to develop hip and shoulder stability for joint health and how to warm up properly before weight training.
