Kettlebell One Arm Long Cycle (OALC) Competition Results

Well done to all kettlebell lifters who participated in the Drive Fitness Kettlebell One Arm Long Cycle (OALC) Competition on Friday 14 June. It was an awesome event with many personal bests. One of the great opportunities that kettlebell sport provides is the multiple ways to monitor your progress and improve performance including; increasing the number of reps, increasing the weight of the kettlebell or even by increasing the duration you can go continuously. I look forward to seeing all of our Drive Fitness kettlebell lifters continue to progress and for new lifters join us next time!
