I lost 7.8kg of fat and gained 500g of muscle which is fantastic – I feel so much stronger. That total loss is 9% of my body fat which is amazing & it really gave me an idea on how to get myself in to the best possible shape of my life. I started with Drive Fitness on their 21 Day Jump Start package, hoping to lose ‘that last little bit’ that no matter what I did, I couldn’t seem to get rid of.

Since training at Drive Fitness, I’ve increased my strength and fitness but best of all I have met an awesome group of friends!

All of the trainers in the Drive Fitness team are highly professional, friendly and treat each of their clients as their #1 priority – willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals, but firm enough to push you to your limits.
I know that I wouldn’t have achieved what I have thus far without the unwavering support of my trainer, Mike.

During the 10 Week Transformation Challenge this year, I dropped a further 2 dress sizes, shed 4.8kg of fat and gained 400g of muscle. I would highly recommend the 10 Week Transformation Challenge as a program to transform your health, retrain your habits and learn to make better lifestyle choices. 

Needless to say ‘that last little bit’ is long gone!
