WHAT IS IT? 

A great opportunity to put your strength to the test! Lift your heaviest dead lift for 1 rep, this will then be divided by your body weight to achieve your relative score. Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and trophies for biggest overall lift.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Only people who train at Drive Fitness can join our Dead Lift Challenge - this is not an elite power lifting competition, it's a fun, social (& a little competitive) strength event for Drive Fitness clients. Chat to your trainer to start preparing today! We will work with you to develop correct & safe dead lift technique so you can participate in the challenge.
