Please tell us about your results: I lost 6.4kg of fat, decreased my body fat percentage by 4.4%, increased my muscle mass & lost 7cm from my mid section.

Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Bryce is always supportive, we discussed what I wanted to achieve and how to go about it. He also, along with David, worked with me to create some plant based meals that still contained the protein needed to help build muscle and keep me full. Bryce monitored my food intake and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was still on track, always encouraging me along the way.

Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: Accomplished! I took David's challenge and didn't weigh myself for the full 10 weeks so I had no idea what to expect! Also as it's my first challenge I didn't know what would be a realistic goal to set. In the end i achieved more than I had set out to and made some lifestyle changes along the way that I'll definitely stick to.

Please tell us about your training highlights: Being able to run! I have never been a good runner, and have never enjoyed running, but since dropping some weight and improving my fitness I have really noticed an improvement in my running. Also to see my strength increase - lifting heavier weights, gaining more control of my movements and starting to see definition.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?: If you're indecisive about whether a challenge is for you - it is! Its for everyone! All the Drive clients and staff are supportive and encouraging and uncompetitive. It's an excuse to make yourself accountable for what you eat and how you move your body, and everyone is there to help you succeed.
