The 12 Exercises Of Christmas Workout starts now! Every year at Drive Fitness in the spirit of Christmas we generously give you the gift of fitness in the form of the 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout. Each year the exercises change, the reps vary and the format evolves but there is one thing you know for certain; it's deliberately & unapologetically tough! Checkout the full workout here…
Thank you to everyone for participating in our Drive Fitness Lift Challenge on Saturday 19 November. It was an amazing event with an awesome supportive atmosphere and it was thoroughly enjoyable to see the results of all your hard work. The Spring Edition of the 8 Week Transformation Challenge starts next Tuesday 4 October & it's time to book in for your initial body composition scan and the info night. Booking opens today!
Friends train Free is back! Show your friends what we do at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with training. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or boot camp sessions during September 2022 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.
Congratulations to all competitors for taking on 4 incredibly tough workouts including what has been unanimously agreed amongst the trainers as the toughest workout in the 7 year history of the 4 Week Workout Series (we discovered that calories on the row & ski are not easy after heavy dumbbell sets in workout 3). I hope you appreciated the extra challenge, had fun along the way & can use your results to help with fitness and strength goal setting & monitoring moving forward.
Well done to all teams in our first ever 8 Week Transformation Challenge Team Edition. We’ve had a lot of fun being involved in this team challenge format and we hope you’ve enjoyed it too.
